exercise on the spectrum is expanding!

Hi everyone,

It has been a little while since I've shared an update, but I'm excited to announce some big changes at Exercise on the Spectrum.

After five years working as an employee, I've made the decision to focus fully on the work that matters most to me – helping break down barriers to physical activity for neurodivergent children and young people, supporting families, and building the confidence of the professionals who work alongside them.

As a result, Exercise on the Spectrum is now expanding its capacity for both NDIS and Medicare referrals, as well as education, training and speaking engagements.

Over the years, I've seen firsthand how powerful movement, exercise and inclusive support can be. I've also seen the challenges that families, educators and health professionals often face when trying to create positive physical activity experiences for children with additional needs. My goal has always been to bridge that gap by providing practical, evidence-based support that is both accessible and achievable.

So it makes sense that I dedicate my time and energy to doing just that!

For families, this means increased availability for new referrals and individual exercise physiology services. Whether you're looking to support a child's physical development, confidence, participation in sport and recreation, or strength and fitness, I'm looking forward to working with more children and families.

For schools, organisations and professionals, it means greater access to training, workshops and professional development opportunities. My aim is to provide practical tools, strategies and real-world examples that help people feel confident supporting neurodivergent children in physical activity, in a variety of formats and price points (I’m working on it!).

Creating inclusive environments shouldn't feel overwhelming, and with the right knowledge and support, small changes can make a huge difference.

If you'd like to make a referral, simply click the referral button at the top of the page.

If you're interested in training, consulting, workshops or speaking opportunities, I'd love to hear from you. Please complete the Contact form and let's discuss how we can work together.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Exercise on the Spectrum so far. I'm incredibly excited about what comes next and look forward to continuing this work with even more families, professionals and organisations in the years ahead.
